General Guidelines
- It is mandatory for every student to attend the school on the re-opening day, failing which the names of the pupils sent on that day, without a justifiable cause, will be deleted from the roll no.
- Leave letters, explaining the reasons for the absence, duly signed by the parent or guardian must be submitted to the respective class teachers on the first working day, after absence.
- No pupil is allowed to leave the school premises, during school hours, without the express permission of the Head of the Institution, unless the pupil brings a letter from the parent or guardian, duly explaining the reason for the request.
- Pupils are required to address the member of the teaching and non-teaching faculty of the school, with due respect and politeness. They are expected to behave in a gentle and courteous manner towards their companions.
- All damages caused to School property during School hours by any student must be compensated for by the offender himself. Students responsible for repeated damages to the school property will be issued a Transfer Certificate and expelled from school without prior intimation.
- Irregularities like shortage of attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience and conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
- Injuries to children during the school hours will be treated with First Aid equipment maintained in the school. The parents will be informed if the child requires greater attention. They should take charge for further medical treatments.
- Pupils are medically examined every year by qualified Doctors and abnormalities in the health of the child will be reported to the parent for appropriate action. Parents are expected to take action to have the abnormalities rectified through their own family Physician.
- Home work dairy duly signed by the parents, should be brought to school, without fail, everyday.
- Parents/ Guardians are requested not to enter the School building and class room during school hours. If a student or teacher needs to be contacted, during the school hours, it should be done through the School Office.
