The prospectus with application from can be had form the Head of Institution by paying the prescribed fee. Care must be taken to fill in all the columns in the application. Incomplete application is liable for rejection.

At the time of Admission Parents/Guardian are required to produce Birth Certificate / Transfer Certificate in case of fresh admission. The application for T.C. should be addressed to Heads of Institution and it will be issued provided all the dues are made in full. The tuition fee will be collected for all the 12 months. The minimum age is as prescribed by the Department of Govt. of Karnataka.

WITHDRAWAL : If a parent wants to withdraw a student in the middle of the academic 'year, he has to pay the fee for the full academic year. The application for transfer certificate should be addressed to the Head of the Institution and it will be issued provided all the dues are paid in full.

REMOVAL : Any student may be removed of violation of discipline, disregard of rules as well as for indulging in undesirable activities. The authorities reserve the right of removing any student, whenever such course is necessary in the interest of the institution.
